Before I depart for the days ahead that will be full of amazing food, I wanted to share one local delectable treat that I was lucky to get to experience over the Canadian Thanksgiving holiday. I also want to introduce Jodie’s Kitchen. My dear friend of many years is Jodie, she is an amazing baker and we will continue to visit her kitchen for some truly yummy treats. Likewise, I think it’s important to share and spread goodwill among others through delicious dishes, thus, I’ll be posting recipes like this one in some of my upcoming blogs. I hope you enjoy this added addition!
As you enjoy the gorgeous beauty of Autumn, here is a recipe I’ve fallen in love with, and I know you will too. This recipe is easy, no fancy appliances needed, just a bowl, measuring cups and a fork. Have fun!
