Delectable Destinations LLC offers one-of-a-kind culinary and cultural adventures for both couples and singles, men and women. The experience we offer is tailored to meet personal specifications and we aim to keep our groups to a maximum booking of 8 individuals.

Delectable Destinations LLC is not a travel agency or tour operator. Delectable Destinations LLC makes arrangements on your behalf for accommodation, excursions, cooking schools, transportation with other travel partners to provide travel services. Delectable Destinations LLC, its employees, shareholders, subsidiaries, affiliates, officers, directors, agents and assigns (collectively “Delectable Destinations LLC”) does not own or operate any entity which is to or does provide goods or services for your trip, including lodging facilities, transportation companies, local ground handlers, tour operators, food service or entertainment providers, etc. Although we take great care in selecting these suppliers, we have no control over them, and therefore, cannot be responsible for their acts or omissions. Without limiting the foregoing, Delectable Destinations LLC accepts no responsibility for any risk or resulting injury, delay, provision of inappropriate or no medical attention or the lack of access to same, the demands of indoor or outdoor activities, strikes, political or civil unrest, overbooking, structural or other defective conditions in hotels or other lodging facilities, acts of terrorism or the threat thereof, insurrection or revolt, or any other event beyond its direct control.

Your reservation deposit indicates acceptance of the Terms & Conditions and
limits our responsibility.

Deposit & Payments

A deposit of $1500.00 per person per destination is required at time of booking. This initial deposit is non-refundable due to the fact that deposits will be made on your behalf with our partners.

All prices are quoted in U.S. dollars. The rates are based on current tariffs and are subject to change due to unforeseen circumstances. While we do everything possible to maintain the listed prices, if it is necessary to levy a surcharge, we reserve the right to do so, and notification will be given at the time of final invoicing.

Travel dates are subject to availability, and are confirmed at time of deposit payment. In the event that prices are affected by international exchange rate fluctuations, you will be notified and given the option to cancel your booking with a full refund of your deposit. We accept PayPal, VISA, MasterCard, American Express, checks or money orders. Balance is due no later than 120 days before departure date. Departure date is the date the trip begins regardless of the date that you may depart from your location of origin. In the event that the balance is not paid by the due date, Delectable Destinations LLC reserves the right to cancel your reservation & cancellation fees will apply.

Cancellations and Refunds

In the event that you must cancel your reservation prior to departure, the following cancellation fees will apply: Initial deposit of $1500.00 – per person, per destination is non-refundable. Balance Due – 120 days prior to departure. Cancellations made 120 days or less prior to departure will result in the loss of all monies received and are 100% non-refundable. Travel insurance is not mandatory but is highly recommended so that you are covered in the event of the unexpected. Delectable Destinations LLC must receive a written letter of cancellation. Changes are considered cancellations and subject to fees. It is the sole responsibility of the traveler to ensure that he/she has the required documentation for entry to the destination (passports, etc.). In the event that the participant is denied entry for any reason, no refund for unused tour services will be considered.

Eligibility

Our trips require guests to be in good health and be physically fit. Please inquire about the physical requirements of your particular trip. We expect guests to be in good general health, have a flexible and adventurous attitude, and be able to keep up with group activities as described in the program itinerary.

Health & Trip Cancellation Insurance

We will not be held responsible for any injury or bodily harm which may be a result of an accident (physical, mental or any act of God) while traveling on a trip booked through Delectable Destinations LLC, or one of its affiliates; be it mental or physical, including but not limited to death, or disability of any kind, as a result from booking and traveling on any of the trips, classes, excursions or villa/hotel rooms included on this website and sold through Delectable Destinations LLC, or one of its affiliates.

We strongly encourage you to purchase trip cancellation and interruption
insurance and travel protection – i.e., travel medical insurance and emergency
evacuation services.

Modifications to Travel Services

Delectable Destinations LLC reserves the right to make changes to the tour – including changes to accommodation, excursions, transportation & tour schedule. Cancellation by Delectable Destinations LLC Delectable Destinations LLC reserves the right to cancel any tour if necessary. In the event of cancellation, we will refund all payments made to Delectable Destinations LLC.

Local Conditions

Local conditions may differ from those in your home country. Delectable Destinations LLC cannot be held responsible for any inconvenience arising as a result of the different levels of living standards.

Act of God/Force Majeure

Delectable Destinations LLC and/or its suppliers and partners cannot assume liability for any loss, damage or injury resulting from an act of God or force majeure. In the event of force majeure, Delectable Destinations LLC shall be free of any obligations for as long as the force majeure exists. Force majeure shall mean events which cannot be controlled, avoided or anticipated by Delectable Destinations LLC, including but not limited to war, civil war, insurrection, terror actions, public restrictions, import or export bans, catastrophes of nature of any kind, local, regional or global outbreaks of diseases as well as extensive or local industrial conflicts, fire, power failure, computer viruses or alike.
